Loro Piana Assistant Store Manager

1. Act as the store manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Monitor and coordinate the sales team to ensure a cohesive and motivated workforce.
3. Provide guidance and coaching for professional growth, team training, and product knowledge.
4. Participate in setting and achieving quantitative and qualitative goals, analyzing results, and preparing evaluations.
5. Manage and support Supervisors in their activities.
6. Ensure adherence to internal procedures and rectify any discrepancies.
7. Manage customer relations to ensure high satisfaction levels, coordinating with the store team and implementing Store Manager guidelines.
8. Implement a systematic clientele action plan, coaching sales associates to achieve CRM KPIs.
9. Directly manage relations with Top/VIP customers, keeping the Store Manager informed.
10. Oversee visual merchandising practices to align with Central Visual guidelines.
11. Ensure shop windows and displays comply with Company guidelines.
12. Oversee the execution of Company procedures within the store.
13. Implement security procedures and ensure store area control, keeping the Store Manager informed.
14. Conduct training activities to prevent asset loss, in liaison with the Store Manager and Regional Operations Manager.
15. Supervise stock activities and coordinate with the Stock Manager to optimize stockroom management.
16. Support Stock Assistant in product and material care within the stockroom.
17. Liaise with finance and operations departments for annual closure and inventory management.

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in a luxury boutique, preferably as a Store Manager in smaller settings.
2. Alignment with the Brand identity, attention to detail, and strong coaching, communication, leadership, and management skills.
3. Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand.
4. Deep knowledge of clothing and luxury history.
5. Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
