1. Ensure the sourcing and optimization of leather suppliers, maintaining control over the quality excellence of materials.
2. Contribute to the research and selection of leather materials and suppliers for prototyping, sampling, and production in close collaboration with product development teams.
3. Guarantee the adherence to quality standards for leather raw materials through selection, inspection, and quality control activities at supplier sites.
4. Manage the procurement of raw materials, including negotiation of purchase terms, supply contracts, order scheduling, and supplier follow-ups, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
5. Collaborate with Planning and Operations, Technical/Industrialization Offices, Quality Control, and Raw Materials Warehouses to optimize order management, deliveries, and inventory control.
6. Work closely with the Administration department for supplier accounting.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leather selection and purchasing from tanneries.

1. Strong ability to liaise with leather suppliers.
2. Proficient negotiation skills.
3. Willingness to travel throughout Italy.

A minimum of 5 years in leather selection and procurement at tanneries is required.
