1. Ensure the accurate execution of quality laboratory workflows and usage tests for product categories within the Business Unit, adhering to Loro Piana's specifications.
2. Support technical teams in defining test packages according to LP specifications.
3. Possess knowledge of industry standards such as ISO and QBT.
4. Manage and define sample management procedures.
5. Oversee the use and maintenance procedures of the laboratory.
6. Optimize laboratory spaces and machinery.
7. Manage external laboratories and monitor administrative spending against the budget.
8. Analyze data to define targeted KPIs for the laboratory department and usage tests.
9. Manage the flow of usage tests.
10. Support risk analysis, problem-solving, and product and process improvement plans.

1. At least 3 years of experience in quality laboratory management within service companies, industry-specific companies, or tanneries.
2. In-depth knowledge of the entire product lifecycle and raw materials, including the production phase.
3. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

1. Advanced computer skills for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
2. Strong communication abilities.

A minimum of 3 years in quality laboratory management within relevant industries.
