1. Assist in managing the entire internship recruitment process, including job description posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
2. Contribute to internship management, encompassing recruitment, administrative tasks, and collaborations with educational institutions.
3. Oversee the full recruitment process, including meetings with hiring managers, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
4. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for the internship program.
5. Monitor KPIs using talent insights tools such as the Internal Application Tracking System and PowerBI.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, HR, or related fields.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Attention to detail and a collaborative team-working attitude.
4. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or HR generalist.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, HR, or related fields.
