Junior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

Loro Piana is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality textiles and sophisticated designs. The company operates globally, offering a range of fashion and leather goods.

1. Assist in managing the entire internship recruitment process, including job description posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
2. Contribute to internship management, from recruitment to administrative management and collaborations with educational institutions.
3. Oversee the full recruitment process, including meetings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening, and scheduling interviews.
4. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for the internship program.
5. Monitor KPIs using talent insights tools such as the Internal Application Tracking System and PowerBI.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, HR, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Collaborative team-working attitude.
6. Fluency in English and Italian.

At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or HR generalist.

Hybrid working mode.
