1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives across all regions.
2. Drive a comprehensive approach to people management, fostering an empowerment culture and coaching talent.
3. Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
4. Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled workforce.
5. Manage recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
6. Monitor the human capital budget and prepare monthly and annual reports.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to enhance employee engagement.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR best practices.
9. Implement compensation and benefit policies and manage the annual reward review process.
10. Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies.
11. Stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.

1. University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Work and Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
2. 10+ years of experience in Human Resources within an international and dynamic environment, preferably in retail.

1. Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
2. Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
3. Capability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing strategic and hands-on tasks.
4. Proactivity and curiosity in approach.

A minimum of 10 years in Human Resources, with a preference for experience in retail environments.

University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Work and Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
