- Manage recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Monitor the human capital budget and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR best practices.
- Implement compensation and benefit policies and manage the annual reward review process.
- Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies.
- Stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve HR processes.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Work and Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources within an international and dynamic environment, preferably in retail.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing strategic and hands-on tasks.
- Proactivity and curiosity in approach.
A minimum of 10 years in Human Resources, with a preference for experience in retail environments.
University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Work and Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
