- Support the Textile Division's HSE Manager in implementing risk assessments for worker health and safety.
- Ensure continuous analysis and monitoring of production processes and work environments, adhering to technical and administrative requirements.
- Maintain relationships with organizational unit leaders to propose interventions complying with regulatory provisions.
- Coordinate external consultants on risk assessment, safety authorization practices, and fire safety.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to implement procedures and operational instructions for production process mapping projects.
- Ensure the correct application and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental legal provisions.
- Provide technical support to management on health and safety issues related to plants, machinery, and equipment.
- Coordinate fire safety compliance activities.
- Participate in teams defining and implementing projects for new plants, machinery, and equipment.
- Lead teams in activities necessary for compliance with essential safety requirements of current machinery regulations.
- Ensure health and safety standards are applied in re-engineering projects.
- Conduct preparatory activities for continuous improvement in loss prevention and control, collaborating with Loro Piana and LVMH Risk Management.
- Conduct incident and accident analyses, recommending necessary improvements.
- Prepare documentation required by INAIL following reports of occupational diseases.
- Support the Textile Division's HSE Manager in implementing company directives and guidelines.
- Represent the company in dealings with regulatory authorities.
- Degree in technical disciplines, preferably in Environmental or Management Engineering.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HSE coordination in multinational environments, HSE auditing, or strategic HSE consulting.
- Proven knowledge of sector regulations and quality, safety, environment, and social responsibility management systems.
- Strong problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work towards objectives with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Environmental or Management Engineering.
