1. Define and implement EH&S guidelines, ensuring dissemination of information and training programs, and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
2. Update and review the Management System, ensuring its effectiveness.
3. Develop and execute the EH&S audit plan, conducting audits at company sites and suppliers.
4. Collaborate with the Shared Services Director and Delegated Managers to propose and manage the EH&S budget.
5. Oversee activities of external consultants in risk assessment and safety authorization practices.
6. Communicate EH&S monitoring results and improvement points to senior management.
7. Supervise Risk Analysis and Loss Prevention activities in accordance with LVMH guidelines.
8. Promote a safety culture and suggest improvements to prevent injuries in production departments.
9. Coordinate activities of identified RSPPs and collaborate with directors to define procedures for plant and machine use.
10. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and represent the company in relations with control authorities.
11. Monitor environmental performance and support management in monitoring activities required by authorization prescriptions.
12. Implement the Group's "Life 360" project, coordinating with LVMH managers and collaborating with the Head of Internal Communication & CSR.

1. Degree in technical disciplines, preferably in Environmental/Management Engineering.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in coordinating EH&S activities in multinational companies or strategic consulting in EH&S.

1. Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to work towards objectives.
2. Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
3. Proficient communication, teamwork, and relational skills.
4. Advanced knowledge of English.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in coordinating EH&S activities, EH&S auditing, or strategic consulting within multinational companies is required.

Degree in technical disciplines, preferably in Environmental/Management Engineering.
