1. Support in scouting new technologies to enhance and support digital business initiatives.
2. Conduct benchmarking analysis of industry-leading services.
3. Set up and maintain the annual projects roadmap.
4. Collaborate with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Legal to define milestones, roles, and responsibilities for each initiative.
5. Establish frameworks to track milestones, goals, and objectives, communicate progress, and identify issues.
6. Manage KPIs reporting to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of each project.

1. Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Innovation, or Business Economics.
2. Passion for new technologies and services that enhance customer experience.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Analytical mindset with an interest in project management.
3. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Innovation, or Business Economics.
