- Serve as the primary reference for client data and data management.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of client data, collaborating closely with the IT team and external suppliers to maintain reliable client analysis, algorithms, and tools.
- Oversee daily operations related to data management, including data quality, client KPIs/metrics integration or adjustments, and the implementation of algorithms and big data projects.
- Integrate various datasets and interrogate databases to uncover relevant insights and opportunities for business growth, translating analysis into actionable strategies and effectively illustrating key findings.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify client insights and patterns, sharing these with Top Management, Retail Merchandising, Go-to-Market, and Clienteling teams to inform client strategies and engagement activities.
- Master’s degree in STEM fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science, ideally complemented by a business background.
- Over 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Power BI.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into clear, concise communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Curiosity, flexibility, problem-solving aptitude, and a collaborative team spirit.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Master’s degree in STEM fields, preferably with a business background.
