Customer Insights Intern

1. Support the Customer Intelligence team in analyzing and monitoring customer data.
2. Provide meaningful client insights to drive business strategies and CRM actions.
3. Understand customer behavior and provide key insights to company stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with CRM Regional teams, Merchandising, Retail, and other HQ stakeholders.
5. Develop recurrent and ad hoc client analysis to spread client knowledge.
6. Cascade CRM strategies and priorities from HQ to local teams.
7. Interact and follow-up with CRM Regional teams on CRM performance and client data.
8. Execute recurrent and ad hoc analysis and reports on regional and global CRM performance.
9. Translate analysis into key messages and represent findings in effective visual presentations.

1. Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Data Analysis field (Statistics, Mathematics, etc.), possibly with a business background.

1. Strong analytical mindset and ability to perform analysis.
2. Proactivity in data interpretation.
3. Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
4. Problem-solving attitude.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Beginner

Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Data Analysis field.

Monthly Gross Compensation: 800€
