7. Handle client relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction.
8. Ensure efficient post-sale service to maintain client satisfaction and brand image.
9. Manage claims with supervisor support.
10. Communicate client information to management.
11. Follow up on client requests.
12. Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
13. Ensure proper store care and visual merchandising.
14. Oversee stock activities and maintain product order in the warehouse.
15. Coordinate with Operations for stock management.

1. Previous experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Alignment with Loro Piana brand and products.

1. Strong luxury touch and approach.
2. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Strong clienteling abilities.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
