Longines seeks a Sales Advisor in Barcelona (Rambla de Cataluña) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to affluent and international clients in a high-end boutique environment.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and clienteling activities.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base using follow-up, appointment scheduling and CRM tools.
  • Present product assortments with expert product knowledge of Longines timepieces and related services.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, housekeeping and product presentation.
  • Execute transactional duties accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage stock movements and inventory controls.
  • Coordinate with after-sales/service teams to manage repairs, warranties and client follow-ups.
  • Participate in boutique events, launches and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or watch/jewellery sales; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and high-season peaks.
  • Right to work in Spain and legal eligibility for employment.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, watch or jewellery sales with a proven record of client acquisition and target achievement. Experience in after-sales service and boutique events is advantageous.
