Longines Sales Advisor

- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to affluent and international clients in a high-end boutique environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and clienteling activities.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base using follow-up, appointment scheduling and CRM tools.
- Present product assortments with expert product knowledge of Longines timepieces and related services.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, housekeeping and product presentation.
- Execute transactional duties accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage stock movements and inventory controls.
- Coordinate with after-sales/service teams to manage repairs, warranties and client follow-ups.
- Participate in boutique events, launches and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand visibility.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or watch/jewellery sales; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and high-season peaks.
- Right to work in Spain and legal eligibility for employment.

Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, watch or jewellery sales with a proven record of client acquisition and target achievement. Experience in after-sales service and boutique events is advantageous.
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury brand management is desirable.
