Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Longines' product offerings and brand heritage.
- Ensure the visual merchandising of the store is in line with brand standards.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and store objectives.
- Adapt to different store environments within Paris as a floating associate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in French; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
