1. Provide exceptional customer service to Longines clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
2. Manage customer communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

2. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 2 years in a customer service position, ideally within the luxury or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
