Le Bon Marché Training Coordinator

- Manage end‑to‑end administrative processes for training dossiers, including data entry in ADP and administrative follow‑up for La Grande Épicerie.
- Maintain and monitor training budgets via SAP and Excel; ensure financial controls and accurate budgetary reporting.
- Coordinate and deploy mandatory training programs for La Grande Épicerie in alignment with LVMH objectives and compliance requirements.
- Support rollout of the new customer loyalty programme by organising relevant learning activities and materials.
- Collect and consolidate training needs across business units and support the operationalisation of needs assessments.
- Produce monthly training KPI dashboards, contribute to statutory reporting (CSE GEP, gender equality, social reports, CSSCT) and prepare regulatory summaries.
- Prepare data extractions, consolidate datasets for analysis, and deliver regular training performance reports to stakeholders.
- Contribute to transversal L&D projects and provide operational support to wider learning initiatives and planning for personal development.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in training administration or L&D operations, preferably within retail or luxury environments.
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple administrative streams concurrently.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP); experience with SAP and ADP for HR/administrative processes.
- Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; professional client service orientation and proactive mindset.
- Fluent English (spoken); ability to integrate rapidly into cross‑functional teams.

At least 3 years of hands‑on experience administering training programmes, managing training administration systems and producing L&D reporting; experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
