1. Manage and update the database in SAP and Commandeo, including supplier records, articles, and orders.
2. Draft contracts and manage administrative documentation.
3. Monitor sector activities, including supplier support, delivery tracking, anomaly management, invoicing, dispute resolution, risk alerts, performance communication, and inventory participation.
4. Oversee commercial operations, including markdown plans, assortment plans for exhibitions and catalogs, sample management, supplier tracking, and participation in exhibition installations.
5. Contribute to the daily operations of the department.

1. Bachelor's degree in commercial management or equivalent (Bac +2).
2. Initial experience in a commercial or administrative role with product sensitivity.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
3. Operational proficiency in English.
4. Team-oriented mindset.

Entry-level experience in a commercial or administrative capacity is required.

Bachelor's degree in commercial management or equivalent (Bac +2).
