1. Collaborate with grocery teams to ensure product availability in-store.
2. Receive and process directives regarding supply and configuration from the Sector Manager.
3. Identify and analyze stock shortages, implementing corrective actions.
4. Correct stock discrepancies based on feedback from stockists and sales staff.
5. Anticipate product flows for commercial events by staying informed on estimated quantities.
6. Participate in logistics activity meetings, including supply points and ad-hoc meetings.
7. Handle unreadable items to alert assistants and adjust stock accordingly.
8. Manage warehouse supply settings and propose improvements.
9. Conduct random or targeted checks on arrivals, such as direct suppliers.
10. Define order quantities and track store orders to the warehouse, including returns.
11. Assist in product transportation to sales areas and maintain assigned storage areas.
12. Prepare and conduct rotating inventories in-store and in storage.
13. Plan store replenishment for products nearing their minimum durability date.
14. Manage markdowns, including identifying products for disposal and tracking obsolete stock.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail supply management, preferably in food and seasonal products.
2. Proven ability to anticipate, manage, and oversee stock operations.
3. Proficiency in IT tools and familiarity with stock and order management software.
4. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (sales, marketing, logistics, production).
5. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and priority management.
