Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and monitor performance dashboards (KPIs).
- Extract and consolidate data for weekly business meetings with department directors.
- Create and consolidate reporting tools.
- Liaise with the finance department for performance analysis.
- Participate in key projects within the store organization.
- Attend team meetings and maintain good relationships with various departments and management levels.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address store user needs.
- Assist in drafting and updating internal procedure presentation materials.
- Contribute to the development of training materials.
- Act as a point of contact for store teams regarding procedure reminders.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools for sales teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac +4/+5 program at a business school or university.
- Eligible for a 6-month internship as part of current studies (post-graduate internships not accepted).
- First experience in retail and project management preferred.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in English (written, spoken, and read).
- Soft skills: rigor, organization, prioritization, good interpersonal skills, proactivity.
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of the luxury market.
