- Assist in the deployment of internal control by implementing procedures and recommendations across departments, and raising awareness and training teams on Internal Control.
- Identify, evaluate, and analyze operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Verify compliance with established internal procedures and identify discrepancies to propose process improvements.
- Contribute to the drafting, implementation, and updating of internal control procedures.
- Participate in designing reports on processes and risks, and propose improvements to internal control, implementing new processes or action plans as necessary.
- Ensure follow-up on action plans and verify the effectiveness of recommendations.
- Organize awareness sessions for employees on best practices in internal control and assist in training new employees on control and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate closely with functional and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding of internal control issues.
- Participate in follow-up meetings with relevant departments to discuss control results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business School or equivalent university degree, specializing in audit/internal control or risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with various operational stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Demonstrated initiative and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Entry-level position; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
