Le Bon Marché Internal Control Officer

- Assist in the deployment of internal control by implementing procedures and recommendations across departments and raising awareness among teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and analyze operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Verify adherence to established internal procedures and identify discrepancies to propose process improvements.
- Contribute to drafting, implementing, and updating internal control procedures.
- Participate in designing reports on processes and risks, and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the follow-up of action plans and verify the effectiveness of implemented recommendations.

- Aid in training new employees on control and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate closely with functional and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding of internal control issues.
- Participate in follow-up meetings with relevant departments to discuss control results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business School or equivalent university degree with a specialization in audit/internal control or risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse operational stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Demonstrated initiative and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Entry-level position; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Audit, or Risk Management.
