1. Assist in the deployment of internal control by implementing procedures and recommendations across departments and raising awareness among teams.
2. Identify, evaluate, and analyze operational, financial, and compliance risks.
3. Verify adherence to established internal procedures and identify discrepancies to propose process improvements.
4. Contribute to drafting, implementing, and updating internal control procedures.
5. Participate in designing reports on processes and risks, and propose recommendations for improvement.
6. Ensure the follow-up of action plans and verify the effectiveness of implemented recommendations.
7. Organize awareness sessions on internal control best practices for employees.
8. Aid in training new employees on control and compliance procedures.
9. Collaborate closely with functional and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding of internal control issues.
10. Participate in follow-up meetings with relevant departments to discuss control results.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business School or equivalent university degree with a specialization in audit/internal control or risk management.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse operational stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Demonstrated initiative and adaptability.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Entry-level position; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Audit, or Risk Management.
