Le Bon Marché Influence Communications Intern

- Coordinate the operational deployment of influencer activations, manage timelines and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders (purchasing, department directors, artistic direction, legal, marketing) and external partners (influence agency).
- Produce monthly and ad-hoc performance reports to analyse and optimise influencer initiatives for Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Epicerie de Paris.
- Conduct ongoing market and influencer landscape monitoring to identify trends and talent opportunities.
- Create influencer castings and initiate outreach; curate new influencer talents aligned with communication themes.
- Organise influencer shoots and handle logistics for influencer product deliveries/giftings.
- Maintain and update internal communication documents (communication plans, post-campaign reports, internal presentations).
- Support media-related tasks: update media & influence plans, assist with media reporting, and brief creative work internally to the art director.
- Currently enrolled in a university programme, business school with a communications specialisation, or a dedicated communication school.
- Strong affinity for luxury, fashion and retail with a customer-focused mindset.
- Highly organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple timelines concurrently.
- Creative, curious, autonomous and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated interest or basic knowledge in influencer marketing and social media ecosystems.

Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Previous internship experience in communications, influencer marketing, social media or retail is advantageous but not required.
University degree in Communication, Business with Communication specialisation, or diploma from a communication school (current student status acceptable).
