9. Assist end-users with daily HRIS operations.
10. Manage support tickets and resolve technical-functional incidents.
11. Draft user documentation and training materials.
12. Organize and conduct user training sessions.
13. Stay informed on technological advancements in HRIS.
14. Recommend modernizations and enhancements for the HRIS.
15. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure system efficiency.
16. Facilitate clear communication with users and stakeholders.

1. Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology with a specialization in HR.
2. Proven experience in HRIS or HR project management.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
6. Autonomous, organized, and effective project management capabilities.
