1. Advise managers on strategic HR issues including change management and organizational development.
2. Ensure comprehensive employee lifecycle management within the assigned scope.
3. Support managers in HR decision-making processes for their teams.
4. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
5. Identify and facilitate necessary training and development actions.
6. Administer personnel management tasks, including contracts and employee records.
7. Manage disciplinary cases and liaise with other departments.
8. Ensure compliance with social legislation.
9. Contribute to the implementation of the HR policy, including annual reviews and salary policies.
10. Coordinate and manage social agreements and initiatives.

1. Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the food retail or hospitality sector.
3. Strong operational focus with proactive and reactive capabilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build quality relationships.
5. Passion for the food retail industry and talent identification.
6. Strong analytical and synthesis skills with solid knowledge of labor law.
