1. Develop and maintain business performance dashboards and analyze customer behaviors both in-store and online, focusing on loyalty program performance, CRM campaigns, and customer profiling.
2. Conduct and monitor recurring dashboards to track customer behavior evolution and identify new business opportunities through data exploitation.
3. Highlight key trends and analyze data to identify KPIs that aid decision-making.
4. Prepare reports on marketing operations and enhance data communication and analysis utilization within the company.
5. Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of customer segmentations and operational clusters to optimize in-store and online campaign activations.
6. Participate in constructing models to improve campaign effectiveness and manage projects integrating customer scores and data into various systems in collaboration with IT teams.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in Statistics or Modeling.
2. Recognized for analytical skills with numbers/statistics and synthesis capabilities.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proactive nature with adaptability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Mastery of SQL and a statistical programming language (R/Python).

Entry-level experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics or Modeling.
