Le Bon Marché CSR Project Officer (Apprenticeship)

Le Bon Marché is a historic Parisian department store renowned for its curated blend of fashion, design, beauty and gastronomy and its intellectual, Rive Gauche identity. 1. Contribute to the construction and roll-out of the Group’s CSR roadmap, with emphasis on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and preservation/transmission of savoir‑faire.
2. Coordinate, implement and animate RSE initiatives in close partnership with HR teams and operational stakeholders across the organisation.
3. Support programs aimed at promoting the Houses and professions to young talent (store visits, school outreach, onboarding of interns and work‑study students).
4. Work with Internal Communications to amplify CSR strategy and internal visibility (communication collateral, intranet content, internal events).
5. Promote and facilitate the skills‑based volunteering programme, enabling employees to engage one paid day per year with partnered associations.
6. Produce quarterly reviews and contribute to annual CSR reporting: consolidate data, analyse coherence, quantify impact and propose improvements.
7. Conduct market and thematic monitoring on RSE topics (benchmarks, innovations) and participate in internal RSE committees and meetings.

1. Enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources, ideally with a specialization in CSR / RSE, on an apprenticeship (alternance) track.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
3. Proven ability to work in project mode across multiple stakeholders and functions; organised and rigorous.
4. Curious, proactive and willing to propose ideas and take initiative on new topics.
5. Practical, adaptable mindset with a collaborative working style.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
7. Comfortable speaking English (oral).
