1. Consolidate and monitor performance dashboards (KPIs).
2. Extract and consolidate data for weekly business meetings with department directors.
3. Create and consolidate reporting tools.
4. Liaise with the finance department for performance analysis.
5. Participate in key projects within the store organization.
6. Attend team meetings and maintain good relationships with various departments and management levels.
7. Collaborate with IT teams to address store user needs.
8. Assist in drafting and updating internal procedure presentation materials.
9. Contribute to the development of training materials.
10. Act as a point of contact for store teams regarding procedure reminders.
11. Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools for sales teams.

1. Enrolled in a Bac +4/+5 program at a business school or university.
2. Eligible for a 6-month internship as part of current studies (post-graduate internships not accepted).
3. First experience in retail and project management preferred.
4. Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite.
5. Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
6. Proficiency in English (written, spoken, and read).
7. Soft skills: rigor, organization, prioritization, good interpersonal skills, proactivity.
8. Commercial acumen and knowledge of the luxury market.
