Le Bon Marché Commercial Financial Controller

- Support Commercial Department Directors during budget phases and present budgets to the Group's Executive Committee.
- Monitor and revise budget forecasts, including personnel expenses, in collaboration with sales teams.
- Develop and improve tools for tracking business activity and achieving P&L targets.
- Prepare and lead regular follow-up meetings with Commercial Department Directors.
- Participate in seasonal purchasing decisions and optimize purchase budgets in collaboration with buyers.
- Track stock levels and sales rates, providing recommendations to optimize performance.
- Conduct end-of-season reviews and continuous monitoring of key commercial KPIs.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Management/Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Control/Performance Management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present to non-financial audiences.
- Proven analytical and synthesis skills, with a rigorous approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Autonomous and proactive in managing responsibilities and initiatives.
- Ability to challenge experienced profiles constructively.
At least 5 years of experience in financial control or performance management, ideally within the retail sector.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Management/Finance.
