Le Bon Marché Commercial Financial Controller

- Support Commercial Department Directors during budget phases, including market strategy definition and budget presentation to the Group's Executive Committee.
- Monitor budget adherence and revise forecasts, particularly focusing on personnel expenses in collaboration with sales teams.
- Challenge budget reforecasts and contribute to the development of tracking tools to ensure P&L targets are met.
- Prepare and lead regular follow-up meetings with Commercial Department Directors.
- Participate in seasonal purchasing decisions, including the development of purchase envelopes and supporting buyers in commercial negotiations.
- Monitor stock levels and sales rates to ensure alignment with defined purchase envelopes.
- Conduct end-of-season reviews and continuously track key commercial KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
- Contribute to projects aimed at evolving commercial spaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance or Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control or performance management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Experience in management is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging non-financial audiences.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to challenge experienced professionals constructively and add value.
A minimum of 5 years in financial control or performance management, ideally within a retail setting.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Finance or Management.
