1. Support Commercial Department Directors during budget phases, including market strategy definition and budget presentation to the Group's Executive Committee.
2. Monitor budget adherence and revise forecasts, particularly focusing on personnel expenses in collaboration with sales teams.
3. Challenge budget reforecasts and contribute to the development of tracking tools to ensure P&L targets are met.
4. Prepare and lead regular follow-up meetings with Commercial Department Directors.
5. Participate in seasonal purchasing decisions, including the development of purchase envelopes and supporting buyers in commercial negotiations.
6. Monitor stock levels and sales rates to ensure alignment with defined purchase envelopes.
7. Conduct end-of-season reviews and continuously track key commercial KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
8. Contribute to projects aimed at evolving commercial spaces.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance or Management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control or performance management, preferably in a retail environment.
3. Experience in management is advantageous.

1. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging non-financial audiences.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with a keen eye for detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
4. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
5. Capacity to challenge experienced professionals constructively and add value.

A minimum of 5 years in financial control or performance management, ideally within a retail setting.

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Finance or Management.
