1. Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications in collaboration with users and project managers.
2. Identify and analyze the need for tool evolution or dysfunctions, planning and overseeing implementation.
3. Organize user acceptance testing with business units and document solutions.
4. Maintain communication with stakeholders on project progress and alert management on critical issues.
5. Manage the relationship with the Service Desk to improve support levels.
6. Provide Level 2 user support, analyzing and addressing application anomalies.
7. Coordinate actions with IT teams and partners as needed.

1. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
3. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

4. Familiarity with IT support processes and tools.

Entry-level experience in a similar application management role.
