Kering Vendor Compliance Application Expert

- Oversee projects related to supplier management, including audit and compliance, vendor rating, contract management, and sustainability principles.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including software and vendor selection, project planning, testing, validation, and system decommissioning.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including demand and capacity planning.
- Assist in identifying development strategies for supplier management applications and propose roadmaps for application evolution.
- Handle constraints, risks, issues, conflict escalation, and negotiations to recover from critical events.
- Support and leverage the strengths and competencies of the team.
- Be responsible for application services and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in managing the dedicated budget for applications, including capex and opex.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- At least 7 years of IT experience in large, complex, and international companies.
- Deep knowledge of supplier management, including risk management, audit, reputation, and strategic sourcing.
- Proficiency with BI tools, preferably Qlik or GCP.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong team management skills and technical knowledge.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with knowledge of French as a plus.
A minimum of 7 years of IT experience in large, complex, and international companies is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
