Kering Internal Audit Manager

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal control framework aligned with Kering's standards and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the execution of internal audit programs across the Americas, ensuring compliance with Kering and House requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Plan and execute risk-based financial and operational audits, ensuring robust controls are in place.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and sanction laws, updating controls as regulations change.
- Manage and mentor the Internal Control & Audit team, fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with business process owners to identify risks and recommend controls.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors, facilitating communication and timely responses.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal control, auditing, or compliance within a multinational company.
- CPA, CIA certification earned or in progress.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and talent development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 40%-50%.
- Capability to collaborate across geographical regions.
A minimum of 10 years in internal control, auditing, or compliance in a multinational company is required.
CPA, CIA certification earned or in progress.
$130,000 - $140,000 per year plus incentives.
