Kering Treasurer, Middle East Africa & Instore Payments

- Manage daily treasury activities for the Middle East and Africa, including cash management, payment security, and FX exposure monitoring.
- Supervise financial operations across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, ensuring backup support when necessary.
- Oversee cash pick-up activities, coordinating with retail operations and procurement departments.
- Collaborate with the group payment department to deploy new payment providers in Europe and UAE.
- Monitor the portfolio of banking guarantees, ensuring timely reporting and fee management.
- Optimize processes and maintain procedures to uphold best practices and internal control standards.
- Support the deployment of stores in new countries, selecting banking partners and managing cash needs.
- Assist the Head of Treasury and Instore Payments EMEA in business deployment initiatives.
- Engage with financial and operational services, brand teams, and external financial partners.
- Master's degree in finance or treasury from a business or engineering school.
- 10-15 years of experience in the treasury department of an international group, with consulting or audit experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience in international treasury, ideally within the retail sector.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset in an international context.
- Expertise in treasury and IT tools such as SAP, PowerBi, and Office Pack.
10-15 years in the treasury department of an international group, with experience in consulting or audit firms.
Master's degree in finance or treasury.
