Kering Tax Intern

- Conduct research on various corporate tax issues, including direct and indirect taxation for operational and corporate entities.
- Draft detailed analytical memos and summaries for accountants in both French and English.
- Assist in the preparation of tax audits and litigation, including document analysis and drafting technical arguments.
- Perform monthly legislative and case law monitoring.
- Research the application of double taxation treaties and handle comparative tax law issues.
- Support teams in France and internationally (EMEAIR/APAC/US/LATAM) on direct and indirect tax matters.
- Draft technical notes, memorandums, and PowerPoint presentations in English and French.
- Stay updated on international tax developments.
- Participate in functional analysis interviews and assist in drafting or updating transfer pricing documentation.
- Engage in transactional tax matters, including restructuring and external growth operations.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Taxation or a related field.
- Proficiency in French and international corporate taxation.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a sensitivity to image-related matters.
Previous internship or work experience in a similar role within a company or law firm is required.
Master's degree in Taxation or related field (in progress).
