- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of guidelines and learning materials for the Group Talent Review.
- Consolidate quantitative and qualitative insights from Kering Houses.
- Create supporting documentation for Talent Review meetings.
- Guide stakeholders in utilizing tools effectively.
- Prepare macro and micro analyses to identify achievements and improvement areas.
- Synthesize key learnings into presentations tailored for various audiences.
- Develop monitoring tools to ensure timely talent development actions.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Partners, and external providers.
- Support the creation of materials for performance review workshops.
- Contribute to guidelines preparation and ensure stakeholder comprehension.
- Consolidate data and provide regular feedback by House.
- Facilitate the use of systems and tools to ensure quality execution.
- Prepare materials and logistics for regular meetings with Houses.
- Support ad hoc talent-related projects with high-quality data analysis and clear presentations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in Excel for data management and storytelling.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill key messages from data.
- Attention to detail and rigor in task execution.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in talent development or HR are beneficial.
Master's degree in progress in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
