1. Oversee the development of sustainable innovation programs in collaboration with innovators.
2. Manage event and program timelines related to sustainable innovation.
3. Maintain key phase follow-ups and stakeholder relationships both domestically and internationally.
4. Organize projects on a case-by-case basis, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
5. Coordinate with the sustainable communication department for consistent messaging.
6. Conduct post-event analyses to identify areas for improvement.
7. Monitor global trends in sustainable innovation through reports and conferences.
8. Prepare and consolidate internal data on sustainable innovation.
9. Participate in internal sustainability events and respond to ad-hoc requests from team members.

1. Master's degree in a relevant field, with a focus on sustainability or innovation.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional PowerPoint skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
4. Autonomous with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Candidates should possess experience in project management, particularly within sustainability or innovation sectors. Familiarity with the luxury or fashion industry is considered a plus.
