Kering Sustainability Innovation Project Manager

- Oversee the development of sustainable innovation programs in collaboration with innovators.
- Manage event and program schedules related to sustainable innovation.
- Coordinate key phases and stakeholder relations both domestically and internationally.
- Organize projects on a case-by-case basis.
- Maintain continuous communication with the sustainable communication department.
- Conduct post-event reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor global trends in sustainable innovation through reports, publications, and industry events.
- Draft summary notes and consolidate internal data on sustainable innovation.
- Participate in all internal events of the Sustainable Development Department and respond to ad-hoc requests from team members.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on sustainable development.
- Strong interest in sustainability and innovation.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
- Analytical skills.
Previous experience in project management, ideally within the luxury or fashion sectors, with a focus on sustainability initiatives.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
