1. Assist in coordinating various projects within the department, including preparing meetings and external appointments, creating presentations, and drafting reports and briefing notes.
2. Support the monitoring of academic and institutional partnerships, particularly with the Institut Français de la Mode and the London College of Fashion.
3. Conduct strategic research aligned with the group's sustainability strategy, 'Crafting Tomorrow’s Luxury'.
4. Draft notes for Kering's executive functions on sustainability strategy and projects.
5. Prepare language elements and biographies for individuals encountered by Kering's leadership.
6. Participate in organizing speaking engagements and events for the Sustainability Department, focusing on logistical and event management aspects.
7. Attend external institutional events, both in-person and virtually, particularly those involving organizations of which Kering is a member.
8. Perform weekly monitoring of innovative initiatives in the fashion and luxury sectors related to sustainability, compiling findings into a press review.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) with prior professional experience.

1. Strong analytical and writing skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability to diverse interlocutors.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to manage workload peaks and integrate into a dynamic international environment.
5. Fluency in English and French; Italian is an advantage.
6. Curiosity and knowledge of luxury brands from Italy, France, the UK, Europe, China, or the USA is a plus.

Candidates should have previous professional experience in relevant fields.
