Kering Sustainability Department Intern

- Coordinate various projects within the department, including preparing meetings and external appointments, creating presentations, and drafting reports and briefs.
- Support the monitoring of academic and institutional partnerships, particularly with the Institut Français de la Mode and the London College of Fashion.
- Conduct strategic monitoring related to the group's sustainability strategy 'Crafting Tomorrow’s Luxury'.
- Draft notes for Kering's leadership on sustainability strategy and projects.
- Prepare language elements and biographies for individuals encountered by Kering's management.
- Assist in organizing speaking engagements and events for the Sustainability Department, focusing on logistics and event management.
- Participate in external institutional events, both in-person and remotely, especially with organizations where Kering is a member.
- Conduct weekly monitoring of innovative initiatives in the fashion and luxury sectors related to sustainability, presented as a weekly press review.
- Bachelor's degree plus 4/5 years of education with prior professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different interlocutors.
- Flexibility and adaptability to absorb workload peaks and integrate into an international and multicultural environment.
- Curiosity and knowledge of luxury houses from Italy, France, the UK, Europe, China, or the USA is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct strategic research and analysis.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and reports.
- Event planning and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Several prior professional experiences are required.
Bachelor's degree plus 4/5 years of education.
