- Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
- Identify and audit supply chain companies within the Group.
- Conduct audits to evaluate risks, document irregularities, and communicate findings to suppliers.
- Support audits both domestically in Italy and internationally.
- Assess and verify corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
- Assist external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
- Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and ensure rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
- Support anti-counterfeiting efforts and monitor unauthorized suppliers.
- Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends.
- Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
- Experience in conducting social and environmental audits.
- Knowledge of Italian and European legislation related to SA8000 standards.
- Familiarity with Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in social and environmental auditing, with an understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.
Master's degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
