1. Collaborate with Kering colleagues and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Enhance communication and project management practices to improve deliverables and standardize processes.
3. Manage and assign incidents and new requests, ensuring timely resolution and prioritization within the project roadmap.
4. Assist in prioritizing and formalizing user stories and tasks in collaboration with the Manager and development team.
5. Define and monitor project plans, including deliverables, deadlines, risks, and issues, in collaboration with external vendors using tools such as Jira.

1. Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Information Technology or STEM fields such as Computer Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
2. Fluency in English and Italian, with French as an advantage.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
4. Familiarity with project management practices, including monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
5. Technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Cloud Management are advantageous.
6. Basic knowledge of enterprise software and platforms such as ERP, PLM, and Business Intelligence is beneficial.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong passion for Information Technology, Digital Transformation, and Data is essential.
