1. Provide legal advice and support to HR Managers on individual cases.
2. Update the Economic and Social Database (BDESE).
3. Work on professional equality and disability matters.
4. Offer operational advice on managing social relations.
5. Develop written support materials for HR Business Partners.
6. Coordinate with legal counsel.
7. Lead and coordinate projects related to negotiation, monitoring, and implementation of agreements.
8. Conduct regular legal monitoring of French social law and assess impacts.
9. Perform in-depth studies and analyses in labor law.
10. Prepare studies and materials for monthly Social and Economic Committee (CSE) meetings.
11. Prepare and participate in negotiations with social partners, including benchmarking, legal research, and drafting agreement proposals.
12. Participate in ensuring legal compliance of HR processes.

1. Master's degree in social law.
2. Proven experience in social law, either in a law firm or in-house.
