1. Provide legal advice and support to HR Managers on individual cases, update the Economic and Social Database (BDESE), and work on professional equality and disability issues.
2. Develop operational advice for managing social relations and create written support materials for HR Business Partners.
3. Lead and coordinate projects involving negotiation, monitoring, and application of agreements.
4. Conduct regular social legal monitoring in France and assess impacts.
5. Perform in-depth studies and analyses in labor law.
6. Prepare studies and materials for monthly Social and Economic Committee (CSE) meetings.
7. Prepare and participate in negotiations with social partners, including benchmarking, legal research, and drafting agreement proposals.
8. Ensure legal compliance of HR processes.

1. Master's degree in Social Law with proven experience in social law, either in a law firm or corporate environment.
2. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

3. Teamwork skills and ability to handle complex situations.
4. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
5. Stress management capabilities.

Proven experience in social law, preferably within a law firm or corporate setting.

Master's degree in Social Law.
