Kering Social Relations Legal Advisor

- Provide legal advice and support to HR Managers on individual cases, update the Economic and Social Database (BDESE), and work on professional equality and disability issues.
- Develop operational advice for managing social relations and create written support materials for HR Business Partners.
- Lead and coordinate projects involving negotiation, monitoring, and application of agreements.
- Conduct regular social legal monitoring in France and assess impacts.
- Perform in-depth studies and analyses in labor law.
- Prepare studies and materials for monthly Social and Economic Committee (CSE) meetings.
- Prepare and participate in negotiations with social partners, including benchmarking, legal research, and drafting agreement proposals.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR processes.
- Master's degree in Social Law with proven experience in social law, either in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Organizational and analytical skills with strong synthesis ability.
- Autonomous project management with initiative and customer service orientation.
- Teamwork skills and ability to handle complex situations.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Stress management capabilities.
Proven experience in social law, preferably within a law firm or corporate setting.
Master's degree in Social Law.
