1. Manage tax aspects for the Group from both domestic and international perspectives, covering VAT and customs duties.
2. Review and optimize tax benefits such as Patent Box and R&D credits, as well as manage tax reimbursements.
3. Support Group companies during tax audits, assessments, and related issues.
4. Deliver comprehensive tax services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations within set deadlines.
5. Participate in the review of tax returns and ensure compliance.
6. Engage in the budgeting and reporting processes for Group companies.
7. Identify, develop, and implement tax opportunities in direct and indirect tax areas.
8. Assist in preparing the Transfer Pricing country file and determining intercompany pricing and adjustments.

1. Law or Accounting degree; a Master's in tax law is advantageous.
2. Extensive experience in tax law.

1. Proficiency in tax software/databases, Excel, and Word.
2. Strong analytical skills with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
3. Ability to analyze legal and tax topics with precision and accuracy.
4. Excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Senior-level experience in tax law is required.

Bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting; Master's in tax law preferred.
