Responsibilities
- Manage tax aspects for the group from domestic and international perspectives, including VAT and customs duties.
- Review tax benefits such as Patent Box and R&D credit, and handle tax reimbursements.
- Support group companies during tax audits, assessments, and related matters.
- Deliver comprehensive tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within set timeframes.
- Participate in the review of tax returns and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the management of budgeting and reporting processes for group companies.
- Identify, develop, and implement tax opportunities in direct or indirect tax areas.
- Assist in preparing the Transfer Pricing country file and determining intercompany pricing and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Law or Accounting graduate; a Master's in tax law is a plus.
- Senior experience as a tax law expert.
Skills
- Proficiency in tax software/database, Excel, and Word.
- Strong analytical, ownership, and accountability skills.
- Ability to analyze legal and tax topics with precision and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience Requirements
Senior demonstrated experience in tax law.
Education Requirements
Law or Accounting graduate; a Master's in tax law is a plus.
