Kering SAP Tech Finance Manager

- Manage and develop the Tech Finance FP&A stream across the Kering group.
- Lead a Franco-Italian team, including internal and external resources.
- Ensure the SAP controlling core model of the group platform, contribute to its deployment across three regions, and its evolution.
- Plan, frame, and oversee the renewal of the global analysis and planning platform for the group's margin (roadmap, business needs collection, relationship with providers).
- Ability to synthesize and adapt to represent the team to Directors and top management.
- Strong skills in managing international projects and leading a multicultural team.
- Comfortable with IT budgetary aspects.
- Understanding of business issues (margin analysis, budget planning, transfer pricing) and translating them into IT master plans.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and excellent communication skills.
6 to 9 years of experience in CO and PS modules in project mode, preferably in a Distribution/Retail context.
