Kering SAP Tech Finance Manager

1. Manage and develop the Tech Finance FP&A stream across the Kering group.
2. Lead a Franco-Italian team, including internal and external resources.
3. Ensure the SAP controlling core model of the group platform, contribute to its deployment across three regions, and its evolution.
4. Plan, frame, and oversee the renewal of the global analysis and planning platform for the group's margin (roadmap, business needs collection, relationship with providers).

1. Ability to synthesize and adapt to represent the team to Directors and top management.
2. Strong skills in managing international projects and leading a multicultural team.
3. Comfortable with IT budgetary aspects.

1. Understanding of business issues (margin analysis, budget planning, transfer pricing) and translating them into IT master plans.
2. Autonomous, rigorous, and excellent communication skills.

6 to 9 years of experience in CO and PS modules in project mode, preferably in a Distribution/Retail context.
