- Conduct store visits alongside the manager to supervise and monitor Facility Management activities.
- Liaise directly with Store Directors, Operations, and Facility Managers to support the coordination of maintenance and various interventions.
- Update and plan preventive maintenance and regulatory inspections for stores.
- Coordinate with the Houses, Group accounting, and service providers to track costs, verify billing, and ensure payments.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a database essential for tracking costs and contracts.
- Bachelor's level student or higher.
- Proficient in data management and reporting analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with phone communication and interactions with external service providers.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous.
Bachelor's level student or higher.
