1. Conduct store visits alongside the manager to supervise and monitor Facility Management activities.
2. Liaise directly with Store Directors, Operations, and Facility Managers to support the coordination of maintenance and various interventions.
3. Update and plan preventive maintenance and regulatory inspections for stores.
4. Coordinate with the Houses, Group accounting, and service providers to track costs, verify billing, and ensure payments.
5. Contribute to the maintenance of a database essential for tracking costs and contracts.

1. Bachelor's level student or higher.

1. Proficient in data management and reporting analysis.
2. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Comfortable with phone communication and interactions with external service providers.
4. Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
5. Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.

Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous.
