Kering Regional Learning & Development Supervisor

- Coordinate and execute global and regional learning and development initiatives across APAC, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee local program execution, including vendor selection, content review, scheduling, communication, budget management, and attendance tracking.
- Streamline learning and development processes and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
- Manage digital learning platform activation and usage in the region, promoting and tracking completion of global mandatory e-learning programs.
- Manage local and regional learning data, developing analytics to draw insights for fostering a learning culture.
- Generate reports on learning metrics and KPIs.
- Manage local learning catalogs for different markets based on internal customer needs, curating and updating learning resources regularly.
- Manage external vendors and facilitators, ensuring quality delivery of training services.
- Communicate effectively with senior regional and global stakeholders to promote learning programs and increase employee awareness and participation.
- High proficiency in English.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to propose learning solutions based on specific needs.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and facilitators.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in dealing with multi-cultural human resources programs is a plus.
2-3 years of learning operation experience in a large multinational company.
