Kering Production Technology Lead

- Oversee the architecture of the production applications ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of new and existing systems.
- Define and approve integration models for new interfaces, ensuring efficient implementation across all systems.
- Collaborate with Technology and Enterprise Architecture teams to align on integration patterns for production systems.
- Work with the Data team to manage data ingestion into the Group’s cloud data lake, overseeing project variables such as cost, scope, and timeline.
- Partner with the Testing Factory team to ensure successful go-live preparations and deployment validations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, maintaining continuous communication with Program/Project Management and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, managing complex, large-scale projects.
- Proven experience with middleware solutions such as Kafka, SFTP, ELK, and GraphQL.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Technical expertise in middleware solutions and integration models.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving and risk management skills.
A minimum of 7 years in a similar position, with a proven track record in delivering new interfaces and supporting applications in large-scale projects.
