Kering Production Tech Lead

- Oversee the architecture of the production applications ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of new and existing systems.
- Define and approve integration models for new interfaces, ensuring efficient implementation across all systems.
- Collaborate with Technology and Enterprise Architecture teams to align integration patterns for all production systems.
- Work with the Data team to manage the ingestion of data into the Group’s cloud data lake, overseeing project variables such as cost, scope, and timeline.
- Partner with the Testing Factory team to ensure successful go-live preparations and deployment validations.
- Identify potential risks early, maintaining continuous communication with Program/Project Management and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, managing complex, large-scale projects.
- Technical expertise in middleware solutions such as Kafka, SFTP, ELK, and GraphQL.
- Proven experience in international projects, adept at navigating diverse cultural environments.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with French as a plus.
- Proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage project variables and implement corrective actions.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
At least 7 years of experience in a similar position, delivering new interfaces and supporting applications in complex, large-scale projects.
