1. Manage invoice and payment approvals.
2. Record and issue invoices, including cost evaluation.
3. Maintain accurate accounting books and mandatory records, ensuring compliance with tax document verification and filing (Intrastat).
4. Handle inter-company reconciliations.
5. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management.
6. Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

1. High school diploma; a university degree in economics is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
3. Familiarity with general and fiscal accounting principles, including IFRS.

1. Proactive and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
2. Ability to meet challenging deadlines and manage a high volume of tasks.
3. Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards, and/or SAP is a plus.
5. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in a similar role is advantageous, particularly within the luxury fashion industry.

High school diploma; a degree in economics is a plus.
