- Support the Process & Performance Improvement Area in identifying, designing, and implementing enhancements to Central Operations functions.
- Facilitate continuous improvement, workflow enhancement, and the achievement of business goals for Central Operations and Kering brands.
- Serve as a key reference and support mechanism for Central Operations, providing data-driven insights on performance, operational, and cost metrics.
- Master core processes for both operational and documentary steps.
- Ensure the implementation and execution of processes as designed, collaborating with stakeholders and service providers to drive progress.
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- At least B2 level proficiency in Italian is highly recommended.
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, including data wrangling, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
- Interest in data analytics, process analysis, project management, and reengineering in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Ability to prioritize and follow up on various tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Teamwork capabilities.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
