Kering Payroll Manager

- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for assigned brand portfolio.
- Serve as the primary contact for brand HR teams and employees regarding payroll and administrative inquiries.
- Organize and verify payroll data collection and time management entries.
- Monitor and manage employee absences and sick leaves.
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee social and fiscal declarations and liaise with external agencies.
- Advise brand HR and managers on payroll regulations and procedures.
- Manage time and attendance processes, including leave and absence management.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and periodic activity reports.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll production and associated tasks.
- Experience managing a portfolio of 350 or more payrolls.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in English (international environment).
